Sales data transformation does a lot of transforming in the background, leaving you to focus on the insights from the numbers. The data transformation handles missing data within reasonable limits.
Upload a text file containing the time series per instructions on the Data Upload page. You will then see the original data in a list and accumulated data going from, for example, Months to Quarters. Your time series are saved to a database so you can work with them effectively at any time. You may view a time series in a table or plot the numbers in a chart. Should you wish, you can also download a time series as a csv text file.
With the subscription plan Pro you can also filter your data on parameters such as Shops, Markets, SKU Categories, etc.
Forecasting a time series is a fully automated one-click process using a collection of state-of-the-art algorithms. Click on Forecast in the list of time series to predict the next period from a time series of your choice. Depending on the length of the time series, and your subscription plan, you will see up to fifteen calculated future predictions. The forecast produces the most likely point estimate as well as upper and lower confidence limits around the estimate.

Build scenarios from scratch or incorporate expert judgment into existing forecasts.
Experts can add judgments to a forecast from views not available in historical time series. After all, a calculated forecast assumes that the future will see history repeat itself as, for example, seasonal sales variations. Scenario building adds the voice of the experts in your organization.
The first step involves describing and designing your scenario, perhaps by adding the historical time series and a calculated forecast. You invite team members to add their case estimates based on expert judgment, which is kept secret from other members. Three cases can be estimated: Best, Likely, and Worst. The Manager role can view historical numbers, the calculated forecast, and the team’s estimates. With these insights, you build with your team a more balanced forecast.
A table and a chart visualize your estimate.

Visualizing Sales and Cost data in a Sales Report is an effective way of getting insights from numbers. The report shows the percentage change from the same period a year ago, the sales result after cost, percentage margin, and accumulated numbers into quarters and a full year.
Depending on your needs, you can add four types of time series: Actual Sales, Actual Cost, Budget Sales, and Budget Cost. You can represent the data types in the visualization by individual SKUs.
Calculate and display the numbers in the Sales Report by clicking a button.
With subscription plan Pro you will also get insights from Rolling 12 months trends plotted for Sales, Cost, and Margin development.
