The software transforms your sales data so that you can focus on the insights from the numbers. The first thing needed to forecast sales is a time series. A time series consists of timestamps and corresponding historical sales data in separate columns.
Upload a text file containing the time series. You will see the original data in a list and accumulated data going from, for example, Months to Quarters. You can choose to view a time series in a table or plot the numbers in a chart.
With the subscription plan Pro, you also can filter your data on parameters such as Shops, Markets, SKU Categories, etc.
Click on Forecast in the list of time series to predict the next period from a time series of your choice. Depending on the length of the time series and your subscription plan, you will see up to fifteen calculated future predictions. With fifteen periods, you get reasonably good insights to build an annual budget for the next year, and you can start the budget work already in October.

Build scenarios from scratch or incorporate expert judgment into existing forecasts.
While calculated forecasts can add valuable insights, they build on historical data. Experts can add judgments to a forecast from views not available in historical time series. Scenario building is the voice of the experts in your organization.
As a manager, you start by setting up your scenario, perhaps by adding the historical time series and a calculated forecast. You invite team members to add their case estimates based on expert judgment kept secret to other members. The Manager role can view historical numbers, the calculated forecast, and the team’s estimates. With these insights, you build with your team a more balanced forecast.

Visualizing Sales and Cost data in a Sales Report is an effective way of getting insights from numbers. The report shows the percentage change from the same period a year ago, the sales result after cost, percentage margin, and accumulated numbers into quarters and a full year.
Depending on your needs, you can add four types of time series: Actual Sales, Actual Cost, Budget Sales, and Budget Cost. You can represent the data types in the visualization by individual SKUs.
Calculate and display the numbers in the Sales Report by clicking a button.
With subscription plan Pro you will also get insights from Rolling 12 months trends plotted for Sales, Cost, and Margin development.
